Staying positive is ‘easier said then done’. Amongst all the chaos in our lives, it is important that we get rid of all negative energy and stay happy! Here are 4 things you can do:

Chant this mantra: I love my self and I am grateful for everything I have.

Chant this mantra every morning when you wake up. By doing this, you are reminding yourself that YOU are all you NEED. You are also reminding yourself to NOT focus on the things you do not have but focus on all the beauty that surrounds YOU.

Smile

As simple as this may sound we often forget to do it. Hold your head up. Smile more. Pay attention to all the small things and appreciate them. If you want to stay positive, notice the things you can be positive about and react to them.

Slow down

Life can be extremely fast paced. Sometimes you have to remind yourself to breathe. Slow your life down. Talk slowly, complete projects slowly and make decisions SLOWLY. Sometimes, in order to notice the flavors in life all you need to do is give yourself time, to see it.

Heart open

Keep your heart open. No matter what happens do not let anyone or anything close your heart up to the world. Everything doesn’t always work out the way you want it. However, if you keep having faith in yourself and your beliefs then you will ensure that you attract only that. It may not happen at the time you want it to, but it WILL happen…

when the time is right!
